What I Offer
How We Can Work Together
Every organization is different. Yet after more than 45 years of leading, coaching, and developing others, I've found that many leadership challenges are remarkably similar: developing new leaders, strengthening executive teams, navigating change, improving communication, and building a healthier culture.
Whether through executive coaching, workshops, assessments, or keynote presentations, my goal is always the same: help leaders become the best version of themselves so their people, and their organizations, can thrive. Every service below is practical, customized, and built on real-world leadership experience.
Executive Coaching
Leadership can be lonely. Whether you're stepping into a new role, leading through significant change, or wrestling with a difficult decision, it helps to have someone who will listen, challenge your thinking, and help you move forward with confidence. That's the role I strive to play as an executive coach.
Our coaching conversations provide a confidential space to think out loud, explore possibilities, and gain perspective from someone who has spent more than 45 years leading, coaching, and developing others. Rather than offering quick answers, I ask thoughtful questions, share practical insights, and help leaders discover solutions that fit their unique situation.
My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you become the leader you're capable of becoming.
Executive Coaching Is Ideal For
• New leaders navigating the transition into leadership
• Experienced leaders facing organizational change
• High-potential employees preparing for greater responsibility
• Leaders seeking a trusted advisor for continued growth and accountability
My role as your coach is simple: to help you expand your capacity for success as a leader... and as a person.
Common Questions
Who is executive coaching best suited for?
New leaders making the move from doing to leading, experienced leaders facing organizational change, high-potential employees preparing for greater responsibility, and leaders who want a trusted advisor for continued growth and accountability.
How long does a coaching engagement last?
It depends on what you need. Some leaders work with Bryan over several months for ongoing coaching and development. Others start with a shorter engagement built around one transition or one hard decision. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Is coaching done in person or virtually?
Both. Bryan is based in Boise and meets with leaders in the Treasure Valley in person. He also coaches leaders across the country virtually.

Leadership Development Workshops
Great leaders are not born... they are developed. Whether you're preparing first-time supervisors for new responsibilities or helping experienced leaders strengthen their effectiveness, our workshops provide practical tools and real-world strategies leaders can apply immediately.
A particular passion of mine is helping new leaders successfully make the transition from doing the work themselves to achieving results through others.
These are not lectures. They are highly interactive learning experiences where participants practice the skills that matter most: communication, accountability, coaching, decision-making, trust, and giving and receiving feedback.
Every workshop is customized to your organization. Before I ever step into the room, I invest time understanding your culture, your challenges, and your goals so that learning is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable. If it doesn't work on Monday morning, I don't teach it.
Workshop Options
• Half-day, full-day, and multi-session programs
• Customized to your organization's goals and challenges
• Designed for new managers through senior executives
• Available in-person or virtually
Common Questions
How long is a typical workshop?
Half-day, full-day, and multi-session programs are all available. The right length depends on your goals and on how much time your people need to practice the skills, not just hear about them.
Are workshops customized to our organization?
Yes. Before Bryan steps into the room he invests time understanding your culture, your challenges, and your goals, so the learning is relevant and immediately applicable. If it does not work on Monday morning, he does not teach it.
Who should attend?
Workshops are designed for new managers through senior executives. First-time supervisors stepping into new responsibility and experienced leaders sharpening what they already do well both get value from the same session.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
Every organization depends on teams. Yet many teams never reach their full potential, not because people lack talent, but because they struggle to build the trust, communication, and accountability needed to work together effectively.
Based on Patrick Lencioni's proven model, The Five Behaviors® helps teams develop the habits that lead to stronger relationships, healthier conflict, greater commitment, mutual accountability, and better results.
As a certified Five Behaviors® practitioner, I guide teams through an interactive process that strengthens both team effectiveness and individual leadership. Over the years, I've watched teams struggle because they tried to solve accountability problems before building trust. The Five Behaviors framework gives teams a practical roadmap for strengthening the foundation first.
When the five behaviors are practiced consistently, teams become more engaged, more collaborative, and more successful.
