Let's Start a Conversation
Exploring leadership development for your team? Wondering if Bryan would speak at your event? Have a question about the book? Start the conversation below.
Bryan personally reads and responds to every message.
What Happens Next
Every message goes straight to Bryan. Not to an assistant, not into a ticket queue, and not to an auto-responder that promises someone will be in touch. He reads them himself and replies within one or two business days. If it is more urgent than that, call (208) 867-6409.
What's useful to include
You do not need a brief, and you do not need to have it figured out. But three things shape almost every piece of work, so mention whichever you already know: roughly how many people are involved, what you have tried already, and when you need it to happen. For a keynote, the date and who is in the room are the two that matter most.
Where Bryan works
Bryan is based in Boise and works throughout the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and Caldwell, as well as with organizations across the country. Workshops, DiSC assessments, team development, and one-to-one coaching all run in person or virtually. If you would rather see how he thinks before you write, the Monday Morning Minute has been going out every week since 2018, and the book is the short version of forty-five years of it.
Common Questions
What does a typical engagement look like?
It depends on what you need. Some organizations bring Bryan in for a single workshop or keynote. Others work with him over several months for ongoing coaching and team development. Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Do you work with organizations outside of Idaho?
Yes. Bryan is based in Boise but works with organizations across the country, both in-person and virtually.
How far in advance should I book?
For workshops and speaking engagements, 4-6 weeks is ideal. Shorter timelines can often work. For coaching, reach out anytime.
Can I order books in bulk for my team?
Absolutely. Bulk pricing is available and can be paired with a workshop or keynote. Just mention it in your message.
